Common Questions for Navigating Thinkific
How do I reset or change my password?
On the main sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?" to be guided through the password reset process. If you're already signed in to the course, click the "My Account" button on the site, and then click "Password". You may be locked out if you try to click that button too may times in a 24 hour period.
I'm having trouble downloading documents from Google docs through Thinkific.
Make sure that your internet connection is secure. Try logging in to a Google account if you are not already.
I'm stuck in the course - I can't go forward!
If your course requires you to finish a lesson before moving on, make sure you click the "Complete & Continue" button at the bottom of the page to mark your progress and advance to the next section. If you can't see that button, you may need to scroll down further on the page.
